Política de reembolso

Refund Eligibility:

You are eligible for a refund if the returned product is unopened and resalable.

Products must be returned at your own cost.

Refunds are applicable within specific timeframes:

- 100% refund within thirty (90) days from the order date.

- 90% refund within twelve (12) months from the order date.

If you wish to return the products, please contact us at berdelay@gmail.com within three months of purchase and inform us of your decision to exchange the order. You will then receive a reference number.

Return Restrictions:

Only products personally purchased from Nu Skin are eligible for return.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

The sales order number from the invoice must be kept and provided to Nu Skin at the time of refund request.

Individual products purchased as part of a kit or package can also be returned.

Refund Process:

The form of the refund will match the original form of payment, such as bank transfer or credit card charge. Refund may take up to 14 days from date of reception of the products in the warehouse.
